All prices are in Swiss Francs CHF 7.7% VAT incl. Price subject to change.

orders
Orders are binding and can only be canceled on the same day . In case of delivery delays or obstacles you will be informed as soon as possible by email. The availability of the items offered are reserved.

delivery
Delivery dates may vary depending on the delivery of the specified periods and are given at our discretion. Deadlines entitle either in the cancellation of the order or the filing of compensation claims.

Returns
Shipping costs depend on the delivery place and visible when ordering.

Cash on pickup
Of course you can with us also pick up your goods (please note for our pick-up times ) and pay the invoice amount in cash. Banks with cash machines are just a few minutes away from our location , if you find some more interesting articles in our exhibition and the scheduled amount of cash , therefore, should not be enough.
Note: For collection no EC/ Master-Card is possible.

When to pick up the course for the shipping costs.

Simply select when ordering " cash" as payment option.


liability
The company Delta Tower is not liable for damages incurred by the buyer from the use or operation of the purchased items . shop.deltatower.ch assumes no liability for loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages that may arise to the buyer or any third party .

terms of payment
Payment solely Bar , PayPal or bank transfer ( in advance ) to our Swiss bank account.
With PayPal transfer the 3.5 % fees must be paid by the purchaser .

withdrawal
Swiss law does not provide for redemption deadline or another return policy, after you have placed the order. We grant you but still 48 hours of withdrawal, after you have paid , provided your order has not been shipped to you.

consequences of revocation
In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and , if necessary, shall be released . If the buyer in whole or in part, or return them to us the received power only in a deteriorated condition, if necessary, pay compensation here by the buyer.


Special Notes
Your right of cancellation expires prematurely if the contract is completely fulfilled by both parties at your explicit request before you have exercised your right of revocation.

warranty
The guarantee / guarantee in accordance with the following provisions is 2 years for private customers and 1 year for business customers unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. The warranty period starts from the delivery date. If our operating or maintenance instructions are not followed, changes , replacing parts or consumables used which do not meet the original specifications , any warranty if the defect is due to this. This also applies if the defect is improper use , storage and handling of equipment, or external intervention and the opening of equipment is due . Insignificant deviations of warranted characteristics of the goods do not trigger any warranty rights . Liability for normal wear and tear, as well as consumables / Accessories / enclosed batteries / rechargeable batteries are excluded. Warranty claims against Delta Tower GmbH are entitled only to the immediate purchaser and are not transferable .
The standard warranty is a carry-in warranty, ie They provide transportation to Deltatower GmbH and get the device again with us. The pick up-, delivery, shipping and insurance costs of repairs and consumables during the warranty period by the customer.

General provisions
Changes and additions to these General Terms and Conditions bedürften writing. Delta Tower GmbH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or supplement.

jurisdiction
Jurisdiction and performance is Schwarzenbach SG . Swiss law is applicable.
