Delta Tower Fluid MT
The Delta Tower Fluid MT is a multi-material fluid 3D printer equipped with high precision volumetric dosing systems for additive manufacturing with low to high viscosity, one or two component fluids and pastes such as silicones, LSR, resins, PU, ceramics, etc..
In contrast to other dosing systems, extrusion can also take place backwards (retraction), which allows controlled material tearing without dripping.

The Delta Tower Fluid MT can accommodate up to 6 tools in any configuration.

1K dosing pump
1K Dosing pump heated
2K dosing pump
UV spot
IR spot
FDM polymer filament extruder
The use of multiple tools allows the printing of:
- support material
- 2 materials with different properties like e.g. shore hardness
- curing acceleration by UV or IR
- exo or endoskeletons for mechanical stabilization with PLA, PETG, e.g. for cassette systems
Directly from the CAD model, repetitive printing with constant precision is possible.
